JEKM maintains strict confidentiality on behalf of all its customers and clients and will not publicly advertize services being provided to any company without their express permission.

Any emails sent to JEKM or any other data provided to JEKM is maintained in the strictest of confidence and will not provide this data to any third party unless required by law.

JEKM Enterprises is committed to maintaining the accuracy of the information on all of our customers. A customer may facilitate access to their registered information either over the phone or by paper statements. If you believe any of your information is incorrect or has changed please notify us immediately via phone or email to update your customer information. However, in order to protect your information we may ask you to verify your identity. Note, in the event that you suspect that someone has illegally or fraudulently gained access to your personal details please contact JEKM Enterprises immediately so that an identity alert may be placed on your file for your protection.

Periodically JEKM may offer customers the opportunity to elect to receive information about new JEKM products and updates. Only those selecting this option will be provided this information and a customer may remove themselves or 'opt out' from this list at any time by emailing info@jekm.com or calling 425 369 9209. No more that four marketing pieces will be sent per annum by either email or direct mail to those identified on this list. This list will not be made available to any third party and will remain in strictest of confidence.
